I use Standard Notes on my mobile. I have very simple note-taking requirements though. I’m pretty sure it’s not feature-comparable to Docs but it works for me.
“CodiMD lets you create real-time collaborative markdown notes”. (1) It’s designed for self hosting and there’s a 3rd-party online option that’s a commercial variant.
